Hi guys,

after a little road-trip to the Belgian border over the weekend, I am back in full effect and collected five freebies to please your need for excellent music.

Naito from sunny San Diego caught my attention on the latest Sunrise Collective sampler. ‘Show Me’ is a a ‘tweener’ as it’s a cross-over between a 90’s hip-hop and future funk which is a quite popular genre these days selling mostly through bandcamp.

Another week, another stellar remix by DRKTMS. This time the young producer takes on Jarreau Vandal’s ‘Someone That You Love’ to excel on the remix-side of things. Now I honestly hope he isn’t going back to flip any kind of mumble crap again. Keep on remixing that quality stuff!

Los Angeles always had a deep pool of talent. One of those emerging talents surely is Aaron Brockovich who is steadily kicking out tracks that letting you vibe with it. His latest called ‘wayuwant’ is another smooth rolling r&b tune to please you while riding back home from work.

Meanwhile on the left-coast is Lotso giving the good old Boogie Wonderland a completly new outfit. Imagine Kaytranada and Earth, Wind & Fire hanging out at a record store in Brooklyn for a spontaneous jam-session. Fyah!

Motor City’s very own Golf Clap teamed up with French Sebb Junior to create this massive house banger. On heavy rotation in my car, gym and the bedroom and it should also be an essential once you hit the decks or the sheets.

So this is it for the week. Keep playing those gems out and let me know if they’ve worked for you.

Cheers,

Kris
